What Salyntra does

One system for the whole salon — the booking page your clients use, the calendar your team works in, and the money that comes out the other end.

Online booking

A public page your clients can book from, and a calendar your front desk can actually work in.

Salyntra gives every salon a public booking page at its own web address, where clients pick a service, a stylist and a time without creating an account or installing anything. Bookings land straight on the salon’s calendar, which staff manage by dragging appointments between days and stylists. Every booking gets an eight-character code the front desk can use to find it in seconds.

Payments

Bank transfer is a first-class payment method here, not an afterthought bolted on beside cards.

Salyntra offers two ways to manage payments: add your account details and receive payments securely via Paystack, or receive transfers directly to your bank account. The second option is ideal for salons where users are less trusting of online card operations. Regardless of your chosen option, Salyntra does not process payments and takes no percentage of them. We aim to ensure that your business receives as much of your earnings as possible.

Payroll & commission

Every appointment already knows who performed it and what it earned. Payroll should not need re-entering.

Salyntra calculates each stylist’s pay from the appointments they actually performed, using the commission structure you set for them. It supports flat commission, tiered rates, and sliding-scale bands where the percentage rises with revenue — plus salary, or any combination. Pay periods close into a record you can review and disburse against.

Inventory

Back-bar product leaves the shelf during services, not at the till. Your stock count should know that.

Salyntra tracks salon products with both their cost and retail price, records every movement in and out, and can deduct back-bar product automatically when a service is completed. That means the shelf count reflects what was actually used, not only what was sold over the counter — which is the gap that makes most salon stock counts wrong by the end of the month.

Live chat

Every conversation about a booking, a colour or a change of plan in one place, next to the client record it belongs to.

Salyntra has chat built in. Staff message each other one to one, and message the clients they have looked after, from the same app they use for bookings. Clients read and reply in their own portal, and when the salon writes they get an email that quotes the message. Nothing lives on a stylist's personal phone, so when a stylist moves on, the salon still has the conversation.

Clients & portal

One record per person, everything that happened to them attached to it, and a login so they can look it up without calling you.

Salyntra keeps one record per client: contact details, birthday, tags, preferences, who referred them, and every appointment, payment and loyalty movement attached to it. Staff add notes and photos to that record as they work. Clients get their own login to see their history, their points balance and their upcoming visits, and to correct their own details — which is the part that stops your front desk being the only route to information the client already owns.

Loyalty

Points, tiers and bonuses, with caps and expiry so the liability does not quietly outgrow the salon.

Salyntra runs points on services and retail at rates you set separately, sorts clients into VIP tiers by lifetime or rolling points, and awards bonus points for the behaviour you want more of — booking online, booking ahead, referring a friend. It also gives you the controls most loyalty features leave out: a cap on how much can be redeemed in one visit, an expiry window for dormant balances, and a switch that stops your stylists losing commission on a discount the salon chose to give.

Reports

Where the money came from, which stylists are carrying the week, who has stopped coming back, and what is sitting on the shelf.

Salyntra ships eleven reports rather than one dashboard and an export button. They cover revenue and cash position, staff performance and personal income, discounts and loyalty cost, client retention, stock movement and stock health, and where your bookings are coming from. Every one of them is computed in your salon’s own timezone, so a day means the day you worked rather than the day a server in another country thought it was.

Multi-branch

Switch between branches without signing out, decide whether they share a client list, and move stock between them.

A salon owner with two shops should not need two accounts. In Salyntra your branches sit under one organization: you switch between them from inside the app, you decide whether customers see the branch name or the brand name, and you choose whether the branches share one client list or keep separate ones. What stays separate is deliberate and is explained below — as is the one thing that does not yet work the way you would want.
